TY\u00c7, vatanda\u015flar\u0131n sahip olduklar\u0131 diplomalar\u0131 ve belgeleri kullanarak hem yurt i\u00e7inde hem de yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131nda e\u011fitim ve istihdam f\u0131rsatlar\u0131na eri\u015fiminin kolayla\u015fmas\u0131 hedefliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir yeterlili\u011fin TY\u00c7\u2019de yer almas\u0131, \u00f6\u011frenme kazan\u0131mlar\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131yla tan\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131, kalite g\u00fcvencesinin sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131, yeterlili\u011fe y\u00f6nelik s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin g\u00fcvenilir ve \u015feffaf oldu\u011fu, di\u011fer yeterliliklerle aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkinin net olarak a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131\u011f\u0131, e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131 ve i\u015fverenler taraf\u0131ndan kabul edildi\u011fi Avrupa Yeterlilikler
