Seda \u00c7etin, \u0130nsan ve Toplum Bilimleri Fak\u00fcltesi Felsefe B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Do\u00e7. Dr. Sibel Kibar Kavu\u015f konu\u015fmac\u0131 olarak kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kastamonu Barosu Av. Seda \u00c7etin konu\u015fmas\u0131nda, \u201c8 Mart Kad\u0131nlar G\u00fcn\u00fc \u00fc\u00e7 ana ba\u015fl\u0131k alt\u0131nda toplan\u0131yor. Bunlardan birincisini emek, ikincisini dayan\u0131\u015fma, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc ise m\u00fccadele olarak tan\u0131ml\u0131yorum.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n m\u00fccadelesinin tarihsel k\u00f6kenlerine ve g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015famdaki g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez eme\u011fe dikkat \u00e7eken Av. Seda \u00c7etin, Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler taraf\u0131ndan 8 Mart&#8217;\u0131n resmi olarak Kad\u0131nlar G\u00fcn\u00fc ilan edilmesinin ard\u0131ndaki nedenleri de a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. 40 bin dokuma i\u015f\u00e7isinin daha iyi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 talebiyle ba\u015flayan m\u00fccadele sonucunda 129 kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7inin ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirmesiyle \u015fekillenen olay\u0131n, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n m\u00fccadelesinin bir k\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131m\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fini belirtti. Tar\u0131m ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck aile i\u015fletmelerinde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00fccretsiz eme\u011finin erkeklerin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015flere g\u00f6re de\u011fersizle\u015ftirildi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Av. \u00c7etin, \u00f6zel g\u00fcnlerde kad\u0131nlara al\u0131nan hediyelerin genellikle ev i\u015flerine odakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve bu alg\u0131n\u0131n ataerkil toplumun bir \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. Seda \u00c7etin, ILO\u2019nun (Uluslararas\u0131 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc) 2018-2019 K\u00fcresel \u00dccret Raporu verilerine g\u00f6re, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n erkeklere k\u0131yasla ortalama y\u00fczde 20 daha az kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Av. \u00c7etin&#8217;in verilere dayal\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131yla kad\u0131nlar\u0131n istihdamda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fccret e\u015fitsizli\u011fine de\u011findi. Ayn\u0131 mesai saatlerini yapmalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen kad\u0131nlar\u0131n erkeklere g\u00f6re daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretlerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131. Bu durumun, cinsiyet temelli \u00fccret e\u015fitsizli\u011fi sorununa dikkat \u00e7ekti\u011fini ifade eden Av. \u00c7etin, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131nda ve istihdam\u0131nda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 engellerin \u00f6nemini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2018\u2019KADIN KADININ KURDU DE\u011e\u0130L YURDUDUR\u2019\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Av. \u00c7etin, i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 zorluklar aras\u0131nda say\u0131lan Krali\u00e7e Ar\u0131 Sendromu&#8217;ndan bahsetti. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n birbirleriyle rekabet etti\u011fi ve destek yerine birbirlerine kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu durumun i\u015f hayat\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar aras\u0131ndaki dayan\u0131\u015fman\u0131n zay\u0131flamas\u0131na ve bireysel ba\u015far\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na neden olabilece\u011finden s\u00f6z eden&nbsp; Av. \u00c7etin, konuyla ilgili olarak, &#8220;Ayn\u0131 sorunlar\u0131, ayn\u0131 hayatlar\u0131 ve ayn\u0131 korkular\u0131 payla\u015f\u0131rken, kendi kendimizin kurdu olmak yerine yurdu olmal\u0131y\u0131z.\u2019\u2019 dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;\u201cASLA YALNIZ Y\u00dcR\u00dcMEYECEKS\u0130N, BU D\u00dcNYAYI DE\u011e\u0130\u015eT\u0130RECE\u011e\u0130Z\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erkek \u015fiddeti nedeniyle \u00f6len kad\u0131nlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcz\u00fcc\u00fc bir \u015fekilde artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Av. \u00c7etin, 2022\u2019de 398 kad\u0131n\u0131n 2023\u2019te 403 kad\u0131n\u0131n ve 2024\u2019\u00fcn ikinci ay\u0131n\u0131n sonunda ise 70 kad\u0131n\u0131n bu \u015fekilde hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Av. \u00c7etin, bu kay\u0131plar\u0131n sadece istatistik de\u011fil, ger\u00e7ek insan hayatlar\u0131 oldu\u011funu ve kad\u0131n m\u00fccadelesinin \u00f6nemli bir par\u00e7as\u0131n\u0131 kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatarak dayan\u0131\u015fman\u0131n \u00f6nemini vurgulad\u0131 ve \u201cAsla yaln\u0131z y\u00fcr\u00fcmeyeceksin ve bu d\u00fcnyay\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirece\u011fiz\u201d diye s\u00f6zlerine devam etti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;NEDEN KADIN F\u0130LOZOF YOK?&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kastamonu \u00dcniversitesi \u0130nsan ve Toplum Bilimleri Fak\u00fcltesi Felsefe B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Do\u00e7. Dr. Sibel Kibar Kavu\u015f, &#8220;Neden Kad\u0131n Filozof Yok?&#8221; ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi sunumunda  kad\u0131nlar\u0131n tarih boyunca ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 m\u00fccadele ve g\u00f6rmezden gelinen katk\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 ele ald\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do\u00e7. Dr. Kibar Kavu\u015f, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 m\u00fccadeleye dikkat \u00e7ekerek, \u015fiddetin bir\u00e7ok \u015fekli aras\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ev i\u00e7i eme\u011fin yok say\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve toplumsal cinsiyet rollerine s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n tarih boyunca filozof ve bilim insan\u0131 olarak insanl\u0131\u011fa olan katk\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n genellikle unutuldu\u011funu belirtti. Bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrlerden biri olan Hypatia&#8217;y\u0131 \u00f6rnek olarak g\u00f6steren  Do\u00e7. Dr. Kibar Kavu\u015f, Hypatia gibi kad\u0131nlar\u0131n katk\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n genellikle g\u00f6rmezden gelindi\u011fini ve Hypatia gibi isimlerin tarihten silindi\u011fini vurgulad\u0131. Do\u00e7. Dr. Kibar \u00c7avu\u015f, \u2018\u2019Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerinin ve ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n tarih boyunca kaydedilmemesi, isminin silinmesi, unutulmas\u0131 da bir \u015fiddettir\u2019\u2019 dedi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do\u00e7. Dr. Kibar Kavu\u015f, 2007 y\u0131l\u0131nda kaleme ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir makalede bilgi \u00fcretimi ve kabul\u00fcnde cinsiyet temelli adaletsizlikleri ifade eden &#8220;epistemik adaletsizlik\u2019\u2019 kavram\u0131ndan bahseden filozof Miranda Fricker&#8217;\u0131n ya\u015fayan kad\u0131n filozoflar aras\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir fig\u00fcr olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do\u00e7. Dr. Kibar Kavu\u015f iki temel t\u00fcrde epistemik adaletsizlikten bahsetti. Bu kavramlar\u0131n tan\u0131kl\u0131k \u00f6zg\u00fc adaletsizlik ve hermeneutik adaletsizlik oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Tan\u0131kl\u0131k \u00f6zg\u00fc adaletsizli\u011fin dinleyicilerin \u00f6nyarg\u0131lar\u0131 nedeniyle bir ki\u015finin s\u00f6ylediklerine daha \u015f\u00fcpheci yakla\u015fmas\u0131 durumunu ifade etti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Do\u00e7. Dr. Kibar Kavu\u015f, hermeneutik adaletsizli\u011fin ise k\u00fclt\u00fcrel normlar ve \u00f6nyarg\u0131lar nedeniyle baz\u0131 ki\u015filerin kendilerini ifade etme ve anla\u015f\u0131lma konusunda dezavantajl\u0131 olma durumuna i\u015faret etti\u011fini belirtti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do\u00e7. Dr. Kibar Kavu\u015f, \u2018\u2019Toplumsal cinsiyet stereotipleri, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerinin ciddiye al\u0131nmamas\u0131na, bilgi \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine kat\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131s\u0131tlanmas\u0131na ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla epistemik adaletsizliklere yol a\u00e7abilir.\u2019\u2019 \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fricker&#8217;\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n bilgi \u00fcretiminde ve kabul\u00fcnde toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitsizli\u011fini g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurman\u0131n \u00f6nemini vurgulayan Do\u00e7.
