Giri\u015fimci ruhlu gen\u00e7lere \u00e7ok ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fundan bahseden \u015eener, giri\u015fimcilikte kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan her zorluk kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda geri ad\u0131m at\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n hi\u00e7bir zaman do\u011fru olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131. \u015eener, &#8220;Giri\u015fimcili\u011fin cesaretimizle, umudumuzla, hayallerimizle yenilgilerimiz olsa bile geri ad\u0131m atmadan daima ileriye bakmak oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum&#8221; dedi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TOBB Kastamonu Kad\u0131n Giri\u015fimciler Kurulu Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 M\u00fcnevver Mehpare Abac\u0131, giri\u015fimcilik deneyimlerinden s\u00f6z etti. Abac\u0131, giri\u015fimcili\u011fin bir defa ba\u015flay\u0131p bitmedi\u011fini \u00f6m\u00fcr boyu devam eden bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 oldu\u011funu ifade etti. Kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015flevlerinden s\u00f6z eden Abac\u0131, herhangi bir giri\u015fim s\u00fcrecinde nas\u0131l yard\u0131mc\u0131 olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ve bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te izledikleri yolu anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TOBB Kastamonu Kad\u0131n Giri\u015fimciler Kurulu \u0130cra Kurulu \u00dcyesi Merve Kavasba\u015f\u0131o\u011flu, \u00fcniversite d\u00f6neminde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve onay almayan projelerinden s\u00f6z ederek panel dinleyicilerine giri\u015fimcilik hikayesinde geri ad\u0131m atmayarak ba\u015far\u0131 ile sonu\u00e7lanan projelerini anlatt\u0131.
