Programa konu\u015fmac\u0131 olarak kat\u0131lan Kastamonu \u00dcniversitesi \u00d6\u011fretim G\u00f6revlisi ve Prolunging Teknoloji A.\u015e. Kurucusu Ayhan \u015eanl\u0131, giri\u015fim, giri\u015fim yaparken dikkat edilmesi gereken konular, s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilirlik, yat\u0131r\u0131m almak gibi ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 ele ald\u0131. Giri\u015fim s\u00fcrecini herkesin ya\u015famas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini ve bu s\u00fcrecin g\u00fczel, yorucu ve stresli oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Ayhan \u015eanl\u0131, \u201cGiri\u015fim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinden kimler ge\u00e7tiyse mentorluk deste\u011fine ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131z var. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu s\u00fcre\u00e7lerden ge\u00e7enlerin bilgilerden istifade etmek gerekiyor. \u0130lk projeniz ge\u00e7ti\u011finden itibaren ciddi anlamda s\u0131rt\u0131n\u0131zdan bir y\u00fck kalkm\u0131\u015f gibi hissediyorsunuz.
