Tirit ustas\u0131 K\u00f6se, yeme\u011fin haz\u0131rlan\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan kel simit ve kuru k\u0131yma gibi \u00f6zel malzemelerle Kastamonu\u2019ya \u00f6zg\u00fc bir tat \u00f6zellikle Kastamonu\u2019nun y\u00f6resel mutfa\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ke\u015ffetmek isteyenler i\u00e7in vazge\u00e7ilmez bir lezzet olarak \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131karken, bu geleneksel yemek, baharatla (kimyon, karabiber, kekik) ve tuzla kavrulmu\u015f k\u0131yma<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 yemek kas\u0131\u011f\u0131 eritilmi\u015f tereya\u011f\u0131 (dilerseniz 1 yemek kas\u0131\u011f\u0131
