Motivasyon ve davran\u0131\u015f ili\u015fkisi konusuna de\u011finen Do\u00e7. Dr. Erg\u00fcn, kazan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n e\u011fitim yoluyla elde edildi\u011fini aktard\u0131. S\u0131n\u0131f y\u00f6netiminde \u00f6\u011frencilerle ili\u015fkilerin d\u00fczenlenmesi, s\u0131n\u0131f kurallar\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesi ve \u00f6\u011frenci kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 hakk\u0131nda konu\u015fan Do\u00e7. Dr. Erg\u00fcn,  e\u011fiticilerin, net kurallar koymas\u0131 gerekti\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi. Do\u00e7.
