Dr. Zeki G\u00fcrel, a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131. Do\u00e7. Dr. G\u00fcrel, Ziya G\u00f6kalp\u2019in vefat\u0131n\u0131n 100. senesi m\u00fcnasebetiyle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bir\u00e7ok \u00fcniversitede sivil toplum \u00f6rg\u00fctleri ve T\u00fcrkiye d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00f6zellikle T\u00fcrk d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda ve T\u00fcrkiye ile  irtibat\u0131 olan \u00fclkelerde pek \u00e7ok Ziya G\u00f6kalp etkinli\u011finin d\u00fczenlendi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyerek Kastamonu \u00dcniversitesi olarak da b\u00f6yle bir etkinlik d\u00fczenlenledikleri i\u00e7in \u00e7ok mutlu hissetti\u011fini dile getirdi. Cumhuriyet\u2019in 101. y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 da kutlayan Do\u00e7. Bak\u0131r, Ziya G\u00f6kalp\u2019in, 23 Mart 1876&#8217;da Diyarbak\u0131r&#8217;da do\u011fdu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Babas\u0131 Diyarbak\u0131rl\u0131 \u0130l Evrak memuru Tevfik Efendi, annesi ise Diyarbak\u0131rl\u0131 Piri\u00e7\u00e7izadeler&#8217;den Zeliha Han\u0131m oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Bak\u0131r, Ziya G\u00f6kalp\u2019in Mehmed Ziya yak\u0131nlar\u0131ndaki iki mahalle mektebinde \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l okuduktan sonra 1890 y\u0131l\u0131nda Diyarbak\u0131r Askeri R\u00fc\u015fdiyesi&#8217;ne girerek mezun oldu\u011funu aktard\u0131. Bak\u0131r, bir y\u0131l kadar \u00f6zel e\u011fitim g\u00f6ren G\u00f6kalp\u2019in, Diyarbak\u0131r M\u00fclki \u0130dadisi&#8217;nin ikinci s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na kabul edildi\u011fini, 1894 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131fa ge\u00e7ti\u011fi zaman yedi y\u0131la \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan \u0130dadi program\u0131nda, daha \u00f6nce g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc dersleri tekrar etmek zorunda kalaca\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in buradan ayr\u0131lmak zorunda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Bak\u0131r, Ziya G\u00f6kalp\u2019in Dr. Yorgi ad\u0131ndaki hocas\u0131ndan Yunan filozoflar\u0131n\u0131, amcas\u0131 Hac\u0131 Hasip Efendi\u2019den de \u0130slam felsefesini okudu\u011funu, bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda Arap\u00e7a ve Frans\u0131zca dersleri ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131. Bir yanda Dr. Yorgi\u2019nin telkinleri, di\u011fer yandan \u0130slami hassasiyetin G\u00f6kalp\u2019in ruhunda f\u0131rt\u0131nalar kopard\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Bak\u0131r, 1894 yaz\u0131nda aln\u0131na tabancay\u0131 dayayarak kendisini \u00f6ld\u00fcrmek istedi\u011fini kur\u015funun beynine ula\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in hazin bir son olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dinleyicilere a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<br>Bak\u0131r, G\u00f6kalp\u2019in sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kavu\u015ftuktan sonra ailesinden habersizce \u0130stanbul\u2019a gitti\u011fine ve M\u00fclkiye Baytar Mekteb-i Alisi\u2019ne kaydoldu\u011funa de\u011findi. 1898 tarihinde Baytar Mektebi\u2019nin d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131fa ge\u00e7ti\u011fi yaz tatilinde Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019da gizli toplant\u0131lara kat\u0131lmak, izinsiz cemiyet kurmak ve zararl\u0131 yay\u0131nlar\u0131 okumakla su\u00e7lanarak tutukland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi. Bak\u0131r, G\u00f6kalp\u2019in bir m\u00fcddet sonra serbest b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131p \u0130stanbul\u2019a d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc okula al\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131; ayr\u0131ca sorgulanmadan 10 ay Ta\u015fk\u0131\u015fla\u2019da, 2 ay da Mehterhane Hapishanesi\u2019nde yatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Bak\u0131r, 1909 y\u0131l\u0131nda G\u00f6kalp\u2019in Dar\u00fclf\u00fcnunda ders vermek \u00fczere \u0130stanbul\u2019a geldi\u011fini, yeterli \u00fccret alamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in birka\u00e7 ay sonra Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019a geri d\u00f6nmek zorunda kal\u0131p Peyman gazetesini \u00e7\u0131karmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatt\u0131. Bak\u0131r, 18 Eyl\u00fcl 1909\u2019da Selanik\u2019te toplanan parti genel kongresine G\u00f6kalp\u2019in Diyarbak\u0131r delegesi olarak kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na de\u011findi. G\u00f6kalp\u2019in bir y\u0131l sonra Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019da Maarif m\u00fcfetti\u015fli\u011fi yapt\u0131ktan sonra 1910 y\u0131l\u0131 Aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Selanik\u2019e gitti\u011fini, 1911\u2019de Selanik \u0130ttihat ve Terakki Mekteb-i Sultanisi\u2019nde kendi teklif etti\u011fi programa g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ilk defa sosyoloji dersleri vermeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, \u00d6mer Seyfettin ve Ali Canip Y\u00f6ntemin \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 Gen\u00e7 Kalemler dergisinde yaz\u0131lar yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<br>Bak\u0131r, G\u00f6kalp\u2019in 1912 Mart\u0131nda yenilenen Meclis-i Mebusu (Milletvekili) se\u00e7ildi\u011fini, ancak Balkan sava\u015flar\u0131 ba\u015flay\u0131nca \u0130stanbul\u2019a d\u00f6nmek zorunda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131na de\u011finerek T\u00fcrk Yurdu ve Halka Do\u011fru dergilerinde, Tanin gazetesine makaleler yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, 1914\u2019te \u0130ttihat ve Terakki\u2019nin deste\u011fiyle \u0130slam Mecmuas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131na \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etti\u011fini, 1917\u2019de ise Yeni Mecmuay\u0131 yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifadelerine ekledi.<br>G\u00f6kalp\u2019in, \u0130stanbul\u2019un i\u015fgali s\u0131ras\u0131nda \u0130ngilizler taraf\u0131ndan tutuklan\u0131p Bekir A\u011fa B\u00f6l\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne hapsedildi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klayan Bak\u0131r, Ermeni Tehcirinden (g\u00f6\u00e7 ettirmeye zorlama) sorumlu tutulmak istendi\u011fini Divan-\u0131 Harb-i \u00d6rfi\u2019de sorguland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. 28 May\u0131s 1919\u2019da arkada\u015flar\u0131yla s\u00fcrg\u00fcne yollanan G\u00f6kalp\u2019in 4 ay Limni Adas\u0131nda, 16 ay Malta Adas\u0131\u2019nda esir kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Ankara H\u00fck\u00fcmeti\u2019nin \u00e7abalar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda G\u00f6kalp\u2019in 30 Nisan 1921\u2019de kurtuldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Bak\u0131r, G\u00f6kalp\u2019in 13 Haziran\u2019da Ankara\u2019ya geldi\u011fini, ancak \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131 ge\u00e7mi\u015fi y\u00fcz\u00fcnden kendisine mesafeli durulunca Eyl\u00fcl\u2019de Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019a gitti\u011fini, orada K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck Mecmuay\u0131 yay\u0131mlamaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yaz\u0131lar\u0131yla Milli M\u00fccadele\u2019yi destekledi\u011fini s\u00f6zlerine ekledi.<br>Daha sonras\u0131nda G\u00f6kalp\u2019in Telif Heyeti\u2019nde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Ankara\u2019ya davet edildi\u011fini aktaran Bak\u0131r, Ankara\u2019da, Mustafa Kemal Pa\u015fa\u2019n\u0131n G\u00f6kalp\u2019ten Cumhuriyet Halk F\u0131rkas\u0131 i\u00e7in program tasla\u011f\u0131 haz\u0131rlamas\u0131n\u0131 istedi\u011fini dinleyicilere anlatt\u0131. 11 A\u011fustos 1923\u2019te toplanan 2. T\u00fcrkiye B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi\u2019ne G\u00f6kalp\u2019in Diyarbak\u0131r Milletvekili se\u00e7ildi\u011fini 1 y\u0131l sonra tedavisi i\u00e7in gitti\u011fi \u0130stanbul Frans\u0131z Hastanesi\u2019nde vefat etti\u011fini resmi cenaze t\u00f6reninden sonra Divan Yolunda Sultan Mahmud T\u00fcrbesi\u2019nin haziresine defnedildi\u011fine de\u011finerek Ziya G\u00f6kalp\u2019in T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc siyasi bir i\u00e7erik olarak anlamamak gerekti\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.<br>G\u00f6kalp\u2019e g\u00f6re bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli kavram\u0131n da milliyet kavram\u0131 oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Bak\u0131r, \u201dG\u00f6kalp bize milliyetin yenile\u015fmek anlam\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eder\u201d dedi. G\u00f6kalp\u2019e kadar geli\u015fmek i\u00e7in belli ba\u015fl\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 yolun g\u00f6sterildi\u011fini belirten Bak\u0131r, bu kavramlar\u0131n T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck, \u0130slamc\u0131l\u0131k, Medeniyet\u00e7ilik oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi. 101. Ya\u015f\u0131 kutlanan Cumhuriyetin Kurucusu, Ziya G\u00f6kalp i\u00e7in \u2018\u2019Fikirlerimin Babas\u0131\u2019\u2019 ifadesini kullanan Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn, &#8220;T\u00fcrk dili, dillerin en zenginlerindendir, yeter ki bu dil bilin\u00e7le i\u015flensin&#8221; s\u00f6zlerini hat\u0131rlatarak &#8220;Vefas\u0131z insandan dost, vefas\u0131z toplumdan millet olmaz, g\u00f6rkemli ge\u00e7mi\u015fimize sahip \u00e7\u0131kal\u0131m&#8221; ifadeleriyle konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131  noktalad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Panelist Berkan Karaka\u015f, \u00d6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn 100. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de sosyolojinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce d\u00fcnyas\u0131na, ayd\u0131nlar\u0131n g\u00fcndemine girmesinin 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n sonlar\u0131 ile 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131na denk geldi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Karaka\u015f bu anlamda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de sosyolojinin kurumsalla\u015fmas\u0131na \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck eden, bir sosyoloji sistemi kuran ve yerlile\u015ftiren ilk sosyolo\u011fun Ziya G\u00f6kalp oldu\u011funu ifade etti.<br>Karaka\u015f, Ziya G\u00f6kalp&#8217;in d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce gelene\u011finin hen\u00fcz olu\u015fmam\u0131\u015f bir toplumda geli\u015fti\u011fini bir imparatorlu\u011fun \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f s\u00fcrecine ve yeni bir devletin kurulu\u015funa tan\u0131kl\u0131k etti\u011fini ifade etti. Ziya G\u00f6kalp\u2019in, sosyolojiyi benimsedi\u011fini ve yerlile\u015ftirdi\u011fini, Bat\u0131 merkezli bir bilim dal\u0131 olsa da Bat\u0131l\u0131 kavramlar\u0131n yerli k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve toplumsal yap\u0131ya kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 aram\u0131\u015f bir isim oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Karaka\u015f, G\u00f6kalp\u2019in \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ruhunu yakalayarak imparatorluklar\u0131n geleneksel yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n yerini art\u0131k millet tipli yeni yap\u0131lara b\u0131rakmakta oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, modernle\u015fmenin zorunlu y\u00f6n\u00fc Bat\u0131 uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olsa bile, T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc kaybetmeden de var olabilmenin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funa inand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 milli bir sosyoloji kurdu\u011funu, sosyoloji arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile yeni devletin kodlar\u0131 ile halk\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kodlar\u0131n\u0131 birle\u015ftirip b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirmek istedi\u011fini anlatt\u0131.<br>Karaka\u015f, G\u00f6kalp\u2019in T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn en b\u00fcy\u00fck adam\u0131 oldu\u011funu, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmenin ve s\u00f6ylemenin kolay fakat yapmak ve \u00f6zellikle ba\u015far\u0131 ile sonu\u00e7land\u0131rman\u0131n \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylerken &#8220;Ulu \u00d6nder Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fc ve ilk sosyolog b\u00fcy\u00fck T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fc tarihin ve edebiyat\u0131n duayeni \u00dcstad Ziya G\u00f6kalp\u2019i u\u00e7ma\u011fa var\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n 100. y\u0131l\u0131nda bir kez daha sayg\u0131yla an\u0131yorum&#8221; diyerek s\u00f6zlerini noktalad\u0131.<br>Son panelist Bat\u0131n Abac\u0131, yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131m asra yak\u0131n \u00f6mr\u00fcnde bir\u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya imza atan ve bunlar\u0131 bir\u00e7ok yerde yay\u0131mlayan Ziya G\u00f6kalp\u2019in ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemde sadece on eserini bast\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi.
