Pek \u00e7ok kaynak kitap da sizin gibi \u201cD\u00eev\u00e2nu Lug\u00e2ti\u2019t-T\u00fcrk\u201d diyor.&nbsp; Ka\u015fgarl\u0131 Mahmud\u2019un bu kitab\u0131n\u0131n ad\u0131 \u201cKitabu D\u00eev\u00e2nu Lug\u00e2ti\u2019t-T\u00fcrk\u2019t\u00fcr. Ka\u015fgarl\u0131 Mahmud isimli Kitabu D\u00eev\u00e2nu Lug\u00e2ti\u2019t-T\u00fcrk\u201d adl\u0131 eserini 25 Ocak 1072 g\u00fcn\u00fc yazmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f, d\u00f6rt defa d\u00fczeltildikten sonra da 10 \u015eubat 1074 Pazartesi g\u00fcn\u00fc tamamlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. UNESCO da kitab\u0131n tamamlanma tarihini esas alarak d\u00fcnyada 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak kutlamalar aras\u0131na T\u00fcrk milletinin bu \u00f6nemli eserinin 950\u2019nci yaz\u0131l\u0131\u015f y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 da alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ka\u015fgarl\u0131 Mahmud kimdir?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pek \u00e7ok kitapta ad\u0131, Ka\u015fgarl\u0131 Mahmud veya Mahmud K\u00e2\u015fg\u00e2r\u00ee olarak kaydediliyor olsa da tam ad\u0131 Mahm\u00fbd bin Huseyn bin Muhammed el-K\u00e2\u015fgar\u00ee\u2019dir. Bu isim, Kitabu D\u00eev\u00e2nu Lug\u00e2ti\u2019t-T\u00fcrk kitab\u0131n\u0131n elimizdeki n\u00fcshas\u0131n\u0131n birinci sayfas\u0131nda kitab\u0131n ad\u0131ndan sonraki sat\u0131rda yer almaktad\u0131r. Kitab\u0131n son sayfas\u0131nda da yazar ad\u0131n\u0131 Mahm\u00fbd bin el-Huseyn olarak kaydetmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tarihi kaynaklarda hayat\u0131 hakk\u0131nda pek fazla bir bilgiye rastlan\u0131lmayan Ka\u015fgarl\u0131 Mahmud\u2019un 1008 y\u0131l\u0131nda do\u011fdu\u011fu kabul edilmektedir. Babas\u0131, bug\u00fcn i\u00e7in K\u0131rg\u0131zistan s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde bulunan Is\u0131k G\u00f6l civar\u0131ndaki Bargsan \u015fehrindendir. Is\u0131k G\u00f6l ve civar\u0131ndaki T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc merak edenleriniz varsa Cengiz Aytmatov\u2019un \u201cBeyaz Gemi\u201d roman\u0131n\u0131 okumal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z. Atas\u0131, Samano\u011fullar\u0131ndan T\u00fcrk diyar\u0131n\u0131 fetheden Emir Nasr Ti\u011fin\u2019dir. Kendisi ise bug\u00fcn i\u00e7in \u00c7in s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde kalan ve \u00c7inliler taraf\u0131ndan \u201cXinjiang\u201d (kurtar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f vatan) diye adland\u0131r\u0131lan bizim T\u00fcrkiyelilerin de Sincan Uygur \u00d6zerk B\u00f6lgesi diye seslandirdikleri Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan\u2019\u0131n Ka\u015fgar \u015fehrindendir. Mezar\u0131 da burada Opal k\u00f6y\u00fcndedir. Bug\u00fcn i\u00e7in t\u00fcrbesi ziyaret yeridir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u015fgarl\u0131 Mahmud, bir \u015fehzadedir. \u0130lk \u00f6\u011frenimini g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve gen\u00e7lik y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi Opal\u2019de Hamidiye ve Saciyye medreselerinde tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015f hocalardan dersler alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hocalar\u0131ndan biri Kitabu D\u00e2nu L\u00fcgati\u2019t T\u00fcrk\u2019te ad\u0131 ge\u00e7en \u015eeyh \u0130mam ez-Zahid H\u00fcseyin bin Halef el-Ka\u015fgari\u2019dir. \u015eehzade Mahmud, \u00e7ok iyi e\u011fitim alm\u0131\u015f, kendini yeti\u015ftirmi\u015f saraydaki hanedan \u00e7eki\u015fmelerinden uzak kalmak i\u00e7in de olabilir o zaman i\u00e7in siyasetin ve ilmin merkezlerinden biri olan Irak\u2019a, \u00f6zellikle de Ba\u011fdat\u2019a gitmi\u015f eserini de orada yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u015fgarl\u0131 Mahmud, ba\u015fta K\u00e2\u015fgar olmak \u00fczere Buhara, Semerkant, Ni\u015fabur, Ba\u011fdat gibi merkezlerdeki k\u00fclt\u00fcr hayat\u0131ndan faydalanm\u0131\u015f; \u0130lm\u00ee faaliyetlerde bulunmu\u015ftur.&nbsp; Barsgan emiri H\u00fcseyin \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 Tigin\u2019in o\u011flu K\u00e2\u015fgarl\u0131 Mahmud, edebiyat\u0131m\u0131zda Kitab-\u0131 Div\u00e2n\u00fc L\u00fbgati\u2019t-T\u00fcrk isimli eseriyle tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130lk T\u00fcrk bilgini olan K\u00e2\u015fgarl\u0131 Mahmud, ayr\u0131ca T\u00fcrk D\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131 gezen ilk T\u00fcrk gezginidir.&nbsp; Karluk, Ya\u011fma, \u00c7i\u011fil, K\u0131rg\u0131z, Tatar, O\u011fuz, K\u0131p\u00e7ak, T\u00fcrkmen, Pe\u00e7enek ve Bulgar gibi T\u00fcrk boylar\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 illerin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 gezmi\u015f olan K\u00e2\u015fgarl\u0131 Mahmud; T\u00fcrklerin diline, edebiyat\u0131na ve hayat tarzlar\u0131na dair pek \u00e7ok dil malzemesi toplam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kendi ifadesine g\u00f6re o, Hakaniye, O\u011fuz, K\u0131p\u00e7ak, Argu, \u00c7i\u011fil, Ken\u00e7ek ve Uygur leh\u00e7elerini bilmekteydi. Eserinde gramerle ilgili de \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bilgiler vermektedir. Hem bir s\u00f6zl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc hem de bir gramerci olan K\u00e2\u015fgarl\u0131 Mahmud, modern manada olmasa bile, kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 olarak \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7e\u015fitli T\u00fcrk boylar\u0131n\u0131n konu\u015fma \u015fekillerini belli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclere g\u00f6re s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rm\u0131\u015f; \u00f6rnek verdi\u011fi kelimelerin de\u011fi\u015fik leh\u00e7e ve a\u011f\u0131zlardaki \u015fekilleri ile ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunmu\u015ftur. T\u00fcrklerin, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman-T\u00fcrk kimli\u011fiyle Anadolu kap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 1071 Malazgirt Zaferiyle kal\u0131c\u0131 vatan haline getirdikleri zaman bizzat \u0130sl\u00e2m Halifesi taraf\u0131ndan T\u00fcrkler i\u00e7in \u201cAllah\u2019\u0131n ordusu\u201d anlam\u0131nda \u201cC\u00fcndullah\u201d dendi\u011fi bir devirdir. Tarih kitaplar\u0131n\u0131n kaydettiklerine g\u00f6re M\u00fcsl\u00fcman T\u00fcrklerin bu alt\u0131n devirlerinde Ba\u011fdat\u2019taki Abbasi Halifesi saray\u0131 T\u00fcrklerin etkisi alt\u0131ndayd\u0131 ve y\u0131k\u0131lmak \u00fczere bulunan halifeli\u011fi T\u00fcrkler ayakta tutuyorlard\u0131. B\u00fcsb\u00fct\u00fcn gev\u015feyen Arap \u00e2lemine T\u00fcrkler bir h\u0131z, yeni bir kudret veriyorlar, \u0130sl\u00e2m medeniyetini yeni ba\u015ftan diriltiyor ve ayakta tutuyorlard\u0131. Bu d\u00f6nemde devlet i\u015flerinin \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcman T\u00fcrkler taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyordu. Vilayetlere bile ancak T\u00fcrk olan valiler g\u00f6nderiliyordu; b\u00f6ylelikle T\u00fcrklerle ya\u015famak, T\u00fcrklerle iyi ge\u00e7inmek isteyenlerin T\u00fcrk\u00e7e \u00f6\u011frenmeleri bir ihtiya\u00e7 halini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u00d6yle zannediyoruz ki Kitabu D\u00eev\u00e2nu Lug\u00e2ti\u2019t-T\u00fcrk de b\u00f6yle bir ihtiya\u00e7tan do\u011fmu\u015f olmal\u0131d\u0131r. B\u00f6yle bak\u0131nca Kitabu D\u00eev\u00e2nu Lug\u00e2ti\u2019t-T\u00fcrk, Araplara T\u00fcrk\u00e7e \u00f6\u011fretmek i\u00e7in yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. H\u00e2l b\u00f6yle olunca da yabanc\u0131lara T\u00fcrk\u00e7e \u00f6\u011fretmek i\u00e7in T\u00fcrkler taraf\u0131ndan yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ilk kitaplardan biridir diyebiliriz. Onun, varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilindi\u011fi halde bug\u00fcne kadar ele ge\u00e7meyen \u201cCev\u00e2hir\u00fc\u2019n-nahv f\u00ee L\u00fbgati\u2019t T\u00fcrk\u201d (T\u00fcrk Leh\u00e7elerinin S\u00f6z Dizimi Cevherleri) adl\u0131 bir de gramer kitab\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r. Ka\u015fgarl\u0131 Mahmud\u2019un bu iki eserini birlikte d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fczde Kitabu D\u00eev\u00e2nu Lug\u00e2ti\u2019t-T\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn s\u0131radan bir insan taraf\u0131ndan yaz\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 daha da iyi anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u015euras\u0131 muhakkakt\u0131r ki Ka\u015fgarl\u0131 Mahmud, bu kitab\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7i\u00e7i bir hevesle de\u011fil bir idealle yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. O, bu kitaplar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7ok emekler ve zahmetler \u00e7ekmi\u015ftir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc b\u00f6yle bir eseri vucuda getirip yazmak o g\u00fcn\u00fcn \u015fartlar\u0131nda hi\u00e7 de kolay de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eb\u00fb Hayy\u00e2n el-Endel\u00fcs\u00ee&#8217;nin Kit\u00e2b\u00fc\u2019l-\u0130dr\u00e2k li-lis\u00e2ni\u2019l-Etr\u00e2k\u2019inde, Bedreddin Ayn\u00ee&#8217;nin \u0130kd\u00fc&#8217;l-C\u00fcman eserinde ve karde\u015fi \u015eeh\u00e2beddin Ahmed ile birlikte yazd\u0131klar\u0131 T\u00e2r\u00ee\u1e2bu\u2019\u015f-\u015eih\u00e2b\u00ee adl\u0131 eserinde D\u00eev\u00e2n\u00fc lug\u0101ti\u2019t-T\u00fcrk&#8217;ten faydaland\u0131klar\u0131na dair bilgiler vard\u0131r. \u00dcnl\u00fc T\u00fcrk bilgili&nbsp; ifade K\u00e2tip \u00c7elebi de 1652 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ke\u015ff\u00fc\u2019\u1e93-\u1e93un\u00fbn adl\u0131 eserinde Ka\u015fgarl\u0131 Mahmud\u2019un her iki eserinden de bahsetmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve medeniyet tarihimizin temel eserlerinden olan kitap ancak 1908&#8217;den sonra \u0130stanbul\u2019da meydana \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Ele ge\u00e7en bu n\u00fcsha Div\u00e2n\u00fc L\u00fbgati\u2019t T\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn orjinali n\u00fcshas\u0131 de\u011fil, Ka\u015fgarl\u0131 Mahmud\u2019un kendi eliyle yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 Arap\u00e7a n\u00fcshadan; ilk yaz\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan en az iki y\u00fcz sene sonra \u015eaml\u0131 Mehmed taraf\u0131ndan istinsah edilmi\u015f bir n\u00fcshad\u0131r. Eserin elimizdeki biricik n\u00fcshas\u0131 1266&#8217;da \u015eam\u2019da Muhammed bin Eb\u00ee Bekr taraf\u0131ndan istinsah edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ali Emir\u00ee Efendi, kitab\u0131 \u0130stanbul\u2019da bir kad\u0131ndan sat\u0131n alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu al\u0131\u015f veri\u015fe \u00e7ok sevinen Ali Emir\u00ee, herkese bu kitab\u0131n \u00f6neminden bahsetmi\u015f, fakat kimseye g\u00f6stermemi\u015f, kitab\u0131n yapraklar\u0131 da\u011f\u0131n\u0131k imi\u015f, bunlar\u0131 Kilisli R\u0131fat\u2019a d\u00fczelttirmi\u015f. Ziya G\u00f6kalp bu kitab\u0131 g\u00f6rmek i\u00e7in hem\u015fehrisi Emir\u00ee Efendiye \u00e7ok rica etmi\u015fse de ona bile g\u00f6stermemi\u015f. Kitabu D\u00eev\u00e2n\u00fc Lug\u00e2ti\u2019t-T\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fc T\u00fcrk\u00e7eye terc\u00fcme etmek isteyen \u00e7ok say\u0131da T\u00fcrk bilim adam\u0131n\u0131n Ruslar ve \u00c7inliler taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6\u011freniyoruz. Marmara \u00dcnversitesi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Dr. Fahri Solak, AVRASYA Yazarlar Birli\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Yakup \u00d6mero\u011flu\u2019ndan naklen, Ruslar ve \u00c7inliler taraf\u0131ndan katledilen T\u00fcrk bilim adamlar\u0131n\u0131n kimler oldu\u011fu konusunda \u015fu bilgileri veriyor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kitabu D\u00eev\u00e2n\u00fc Lug\u00e2ti\u2019t-T\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn T\u00fcrk D\u00fcnyas\u0131nda ilk terc\u00fcme giri\u015fimi Azerbaycan\u2019da oldu. Kutluk \u015eevki, Hac yolculu\u011fu s\u0131ras\u0131nda u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0130stanbul\u2019dan Kilisli bask\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 alarak \u00fclkesine g\u00f6t\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bilim d\u00fcnyas\u0131na hizmet i\u00e7in giri\u015ftikleri i\u015f, kendi sonlar\u0131n\u0131 haz\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uygur T\u00fcrkleri, 1944 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u015earki\/Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan Devleti\u2019ni kurduklar\u0131nda, ilk i\u015f olarak D\u00eev\u00e2n\u00fc Lug\u00e2ti\u2019t-T\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn terc\u00fcmesi i\u015fine giri\u015firler. Bu i\u015f i\u00e7in me\u015fhur \u00e2lim \u0130smail Damollam g\u00f6revlendirilir. Birinci cildin terc\u00fcmesi tamamlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ki, Rusya ile \u00c7in anla\u015farak \u015earki T\u00fcrkistan Devleti ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r ve \u0130smail Damollam \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr. Do\u011fuT\u00fcrkistan\u2019\u0131n K\u0131z\u0131l \u00c7in taraf\u0131ndan i\u015fgal edilmesinden sonra Uygurlar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu vatan topraklar\u0131nda Sinjang \u00d6zerk Y\u00f6netimi kurulur. Bir kimse kendi tak\u0131m\u0131ndan ayr\u0131l\u0131p da onlara s\u0131\u011f\u0131nacak olursa o tak\u0131m\u0131n korkusundan kurtulur; bu adamla birlikte ba\u015fkalar\u0131 da s\u0131\u011f\u0131nabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ant i\u00e7erek s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorum, ben, Buhara\u2019n\u0131n s\u00f6z\u00fcne g\u00fcvenilir imamlar\u0131ndan birinden ve ba\u015fkaca Ni\u015faburlu bir imamdan i\u015fittim. \u0130kisi de \u015fahitleriyle bildiriyorlar ki, Peygamberimiz k\u0131yamet al\u00e2metlerini, ahir zaman kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve O\u011fuz T\u00fcrklerinin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacaklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi\u011fi s\u0131rada, \u201cT\u00fcrk dilini \u00f6\u011freniniz; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc onlar i\u00e7in uzun s\u00fcrecek bir egemenlik vard\u0131r.\u201d Buyurmu\u015ftur. Bu s\u00f6z hadis ise, T\u00fcrk dilini \u00f6\u011frenmek \u00e7ok gerekli bir i\u015f olur. Yok, bu s\u00f6z hadis de\u011fil ise, ak\u0131l da bunu emreder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ben onlar\u0131n en uz dillisi, en a\u00e7\u0131k anlatan\u0131, ak\u0131lca en incesi, soyca en k\u00f6kl\u00fcs\u00fc, en iyi karg\u0131 kullanan\u0131 oldu\u011fum h\u00e2lde onlar\u0131n \u015fehirlerini, \u00e7\u00f6llerini ba\u015ftanba\u015fa dola\u015ft\u0131m. T\u00fcrk, T\u00fcrkmen, O\u011fuz, \u00c7i\u011fil, Ya\u011fma, K\u0131rg\u0131z boylar\u0131n\u0131 dillerini, kafiyelerini belleyerek faydaland\u0131m. \u00d6yle ki, bende onlar\u0131n her boyun dili en iyi yolda yerle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Ben onlar\u0131 en iyi \u015fekilde s\u0131ralam\u0131\u015f, en iyi bir d\u00fczenle d\u00fczenlemi\u015fimdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bana sonsuz bir \u00fcn, bitmez t\u00fckenmez bir az\u0131k olsun diye, \u015eu kitab\u0131m\u0131-Allah\u2019a s\u0131\u011f\u0131narak-D\u00eev\u00e2n\u00fc L\u00fcgati &#8216;t-T\u00fcrk\u00ee (T\u00fcrk Dilleri Kamusu) ad\u0131n\u0131 vererek yazd\u0131m.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Bu metin, eserin \u00f6ns\u00f6z\u00fcnden al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u00e2\u015fgarl\u0131 Mahmud, bu \u00f6ns\u00f6zde eserini hangi ama\u00e7la ve nas\u0131l haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatmaktad\u0131r. Bize ehli m\u00fcbarekten \u015eeyh ve \u0130m\u00e2m el H\u00fcseyin ibn Halef el K\u00e2\u015fgar\u00ee dedi, ona da \u0130bn el-Gark\u00ee demi\u015f: \u0130bn Eb\u00ee\u2019d-D\u00fcnya diye tan\u0131nan \u015eeyh Eb\u00fb Bekr el-Mug\u00eede\u2019l Cercer\u00e2n\u00ee\u2019nin Ahir Zamana Dair (el-m\u00fcellef f\u00ee \u00e2hiri\u2019z-zam\u00e2n) adl\u0131 kitab\u0131nda aktard\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve isnat zinciri Peygambere (s.a.s) dayanan bir hadise g\u00f6re Allah\u00fc Te\u00e2l\u00e2 \u2018Benim bir ordum vard\u0131r. Ona T\u00fcrk ad\u0131n\u0131 verdim. Onlar\u0131 do\u011fuya yerle\u015ftirdim. Bir halka k\u0131zarsam, T\u00fcrkleri o halk \u00fczerine musallat k\u0131lar\u0131m.\u2019 Diyor. \u0130\u015fte T\u00fcrklerin b\u00fct\u00fcn mahl\u00fbkattan \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u015fudur: Cenab-\u0131 Hak onlara isim vermeyi kendi \u00fczerine alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r; onlar\u0131 arz\u0131n en y\u00fcce ve en havadar yerine yerle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir; onlara kendi ordum demi\u015ftir. Son etkinlik ise T.C. Kastamonu \u00dcniversitesi K\u00fclt\u00fcr Sanat Uygulama ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi olarak biz \u0130leti\u015fim Fak\u00fcltesi Dekanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile birlikte 26 Aral\u0131k 2024 tarihinde bir panel d\u00fczenledik. Dekan Hocam\u0131z Prof. Dr. Muharrem \u00c7etin\u2019in a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131yla ba\u015flayan panellimizde ben oturum ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131m. S\u0131ras\u0131yla ben, \u201cDivanu L\u00fcgati\u2019t-T\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn Bulunu\u015fu ve Divanu L\u00fcgati\u2019t-T\u00fcrk\u2019te T\u00fcrk Kavram\u0131\u201dn\u0131, Dr. Muhammed Karasu \u201cDivanu L\u00fcgati\u2019t-T\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn S\u00f6zl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck Tarihindeki Yeri ve \u00d6nemi\u201d, Dr. Mustafa Sait Aslan \u201cDivanu L\u00fcgati\u2019t-T\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn Yabanc\u0131lara T\u00fcrk\u00e7e \u00d6\u011fretimi A\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00d6nemi\u201d ve \u00d6\u011fr. Semra Alt\u0131kula\u00e7 da \u201cDivanu L\u00fcgati\u2019t-T\u00fcrk\u2019te Halk K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn \u0130zleri\u201d konular\u0131nda konu\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131lar. \u0130leti\u015fim Fak\u00fcltesi \u00f6\u011frencilerinin de \u00fcniversitemiz \u00f6\u011frencilerine Divanu L\u00fcgati\u2019t-T\u00fcrk ile ilgili y\u00f6nelttikleri sorulara verdikleri cevaplar\u0131 i\u00e7eren g\u00f6sterileri de etkinli\u011fe ayr\u0131 bir renk katt\u0131. Akademisyenlerin ve \u00f6\u011frencilerin dinleyici olarak kat\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 etkinlikte sorulan sorular dan anlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m kadar\u0131yla faydal\u0131 ve etkili bir program oldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6zetle s\u00f6ylemek gerekirse Kastamonu, Divanu L\u00fcgati\u2019t-T\u00fcrk Y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 2024 sonunda da olsa de\u011ferlendirdi diyebiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Buraya kadar verdi\u011finiz bilgilerden Kitabu Divanu L\u00fcgati\u2019t-T\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn memleketimizde yeterince anlat\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve anla\u015f\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00f6zellikle de yeni yeti\u015fen nesli Kitabu Divanu L\u00fcgati\u2019t-T\u00fcrk ile bulu\u015fturma hususunda s\u0131n\u0131fta kald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ima ediyorsunuz. Peki bu konuda neler yap\u0131lmal\u0131 veya neler yapabiliriz?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bak\u0131n\u0131z, bu y\u0131l vefat\u0131n\u0131n 100. Y\u0131l\u0131nda rahmet ve minnetle and\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Ziya G\u00f6kalp ki, T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn Esaslar\u0131 kitab\u0131n\u0131n da yazar\u0131d\u0131r. O ayn\u0131 zamanda T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin kurucusu Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn \u201cfikir babamd\u0131r\u201d dedi\u011fi m\u00fctefekkir \u015fairdrimizdir. Kitabu Divanu L\u00fcgati\u2019t-T\u00fcrk kitab\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011funu haber al\u0131nca yetkili birine \u015f\u00f6yle diyor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBen sevda bilmezdim. Fakat bu kitaba tutuldum. G\u00f6rmek i\u00e7in ne yapt\u0131msa olmad\u0131, \u015fu kadar var ki cezbettim. Bu kitab\u0131 hem almal\u0131 hem ne\u015fretmeliyiz. \u015eu kitab\u0131 kurtaral\u0131m. B\u00fct\u00fcn T\u00fcrklere arma\u011fan\u0131m\u0131z olsun.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evet, Kitabu Divanu L\u00fcgati\u2019t-T\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fc tan\u0131y\u0131p, inceleyip, okuyup da ona \u00e2\u015f\u0131k olmamak, onun T\u00fcrk milleti i\u00e7in de\u011ferini ve \u00f6nemini kavramamak ne m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Bu k\u0131ymetli hazineden yeti\u015fen yeni nesilleri mahrum b\u0131rakanlar e\u011fer gafil de\u011fillerse ben ne diyeyim\u2026 Atalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n anlaml\u0131 bir tespiti var \u201cGaflette \u0131srar ihanettir!\u201d diyorlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu konuda son y\u0131llarda g\u00fczel ve anlaml\u0131 faaliyetler de oldu.
