Oturum ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 Zeynep Bay\u0131k \u00fcstlendi. Ayr\u0131ca, \u201cgeliyor gelmekte olan\u201d s\u00f6zleriyle yapay zekan\u0131n ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz geli\u015fimine dikkat \u00e7eken Yayla, bu teknolojinin k\u00fct\u00fcphanecilik mesle\u011fini yok etmeyece\u011fini; aksine, meslekle entegre olarak geli\u015fmesine katk\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Panelde ikinci konu\u015fmay\u0131, \u0130nsan ve Toplum Bilimleri Fak\u00fcltesi 3. s\u0131n\u0131f \u00f6\u011frencisi Sudenaz Atalay ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. \u201cGeleneksel K\u00fct\u00fcphanelerden \u00dcreten K\u00fct\u00fcphanelere Do\u011fru\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 sunumunda Atalay, geleneksel ve modern k\u00fct\u00fcphaneler aras\u0131ndaki d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sunumunda, geleneksel k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerin temel amac\u0131n\u0131n yaz\u0131y\u0131 korumak ve bilgiyi nesiller aras\u0131nda aktarmak oldu\u011funu belirten Atalay, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerinin ise bu rol\u00fc a\u015farak bilgiyi \u00fcretmeye ve yeniden \u015fekillendirmeye odakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atalay, \u00fcreten k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerin yaln\u0131zca bilgi t\u00fcketimini de\u011fil, bilgi \u00fcretimini de merkeze ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayarak, bilginin art\u0131k sadece kitap sayfalar\u0131nda de\u011fil; deneyimle, yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131kla ve payla\u015f\u0131m yoluyla da etkile\u015fime a\u00e7\u0131k hale geldi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Bu model, bireyleri pasif bilgi t\u00fcketicisi olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p aktif \u00fcreticilere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcrken, toplumu da kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 bir bilgi ekosistemine ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.\u201d s\u00f6zleriyle sunumunu tamamlad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Panelin son konu\u015fmac\u0131s\u0131, \u0130nsan ve Toplum Bilimleri Fak\u00fcltesi y\u00fcksek lisans \u00f6\u011frencisi Alihan Erken oldu. \u201c\u00dcretim ve K\u00fct\u00fcphane\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 sunumunda Erken, \u00fcretim, bilgi ve k\u00fct\u00fcphane kavramlar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkiye de\u011findi. \u00dcretimin anlaml\u0131 ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir olabilmesi i\u00e7in bilgi i\u00e7ermesi gerekti\u011fini belirten Erken, k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerin bu bilgiyi sa\u011flayan temel yap\u0131lar oldu\u011funu ifade etti. K\u00fct\u00fcphanecilerin, bilgiye eri\u015fim konusunda uzmanla\u015fm\u0131\u015f profesyoneller olarak topluma rehberlik etti\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fct\u00fcphanelerin do\u011frudan fiziksel \u00fcr\u00fcn \u00fcretmedi\u011fini, ancak \u00fcretimin hammaddesi olan veri ve enformasyonu sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Erken, bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerin \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecine dolayl\u0131 fakat \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir katk\u0131 sundu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erken, \u201cK\u00fct\u00fcphaneler toplumsal fayda \u00fcretir; okuyan ve sorgulayan bireyler yeti\u015ftirir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda k\u00fct\u00fcphaneler sadece bilgi sunmaz, i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu toplumun geli\u015fimine de aktif katk\u0131 sa\u011flar. \u00dcretim yaln\u0131zca sanayiye ve ekonomiye de\u011fil, bilgiye, topluma ve k\u00fclt\u00fcre de aittir.\u201d s\u00f6zleriyle konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konu\u015fmac\u0131lara te\u015fekk\u00fcr belgeleri takdim edilmesinin ard\u0131ndan birinci oturum sona erdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Panelin ikinci oturumunda, \u0130nsan ve Toplum Bilimleri Fak\u00fcltesi akademisyenleri konu\u015fmac\u0131 olarak kat\u0131ld\u0131. Oturum ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 Prof. Dr. Hasan Sacit Keserlio\u011flu&#8217;nun \u00fcstlendi\u011fi panelde ilk s\u00f6z, Do\u00e7. Dr. G\u00fcler Demir\u2019e verildi. Do\u00e7. Dr. G\u00fcler Demir, \u201c\u00dcreten K\u00fct\u00fcphanelerin G\u00fcc\u00fc\u201d adl\u0131 sunumuna ba\u015flad\u0131. \u00dcretken yapay zek\u00e2ya de\u011finerek, ki\u015finin yanl\u0131\u015f kullan\u0131mda yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n teslim edilebilece\u011fini vurgulad\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca, k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerin eski \u00e7a\u011flarda sessiz s\u0131\u011f\u0131naklar olarak nitelendirilirken, matbaan\u0131n icad\u0131 ve internetin geli\u015fmesiyle bug\u00fcn s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z bir \u00fcretim alan\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirtti. K\u00fct\u00fcphanelerin e\u015fitsizlikleri ortadan kald\u0131rarak topluma ciddi katk\u0131lar sundu\u011funu da ifade etti. Do\u00e7. Dr. Demir, \u201cBence k\u00fct\u00fcphaneler, teknoloji deste\u011fiyle birlikte devam edecek.\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f6z s\u0131ras\u0131, Do\u00e7. Dr. Hamid Dervi\u015f\u2019e ge\u00e7ti. \u201c\u00c7a\u011fda\u015f K\u00fct\u00fcphanelerde Yapay Zeka, B\u00fcy\u00fck Veri Taban\u0131, NoSQL ve SQL\u2019in \u00d6nemi\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 sunumuna ba\u015flad\u0131. Teknolojinin k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerde nas\u0131l kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve b\u00fcy\u00fck veri kavramlar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klayarak konu\u015fmas\u0131na giri\u015f yapan Do\u00e7. Dr. Dervi\u015f, ard\u0131ndan, verilerin depolama alanlar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan SQL ve NoSQL veri tabanlar\u0131n\u0131 anlatt\u0131. Hangi t\u00fcr bilgilerin hangi veri tabanlar\u0131nda depoland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131 olarak a\u00e7\u0131klarken, k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerde hangisinin hangi ama\u00e7larla kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. \u00d6\u011fr. \u00dcyesi M. Kemal Sevgisunar, \u201c\u00dcretici K\u00fct\u00fcphane Kavram\u0131 ve Toplum Kurumu \u0130li\u015fkileri\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 sunumuyla s\u00f6z ald\u0131. Dr. \u00d6\u011fr. \u00dcyesi Sevgisunar, \u00fcretici k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerde kurumlar\u0131n kendisinin \u00fcretmedi\u011fini, \u00fcretenin ise insan oldu\u011funu belirtti. Kurumlar\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n da insanla ilgili oldu\u011funu dile getirdi. Dr. \u00d6\u011fr. \u00dcyesi Balk\u0131ran, k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerde engellilere y\u00f6nelik altyap\u0131 hizmetleri, fiziksel eri\u015febilirlik, teknolojik materyal ve destekler, dijital i\u015fbirli\u011fi ve personel e\u011fitimi gibi konulara de\u011findi. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Artvin \u00c7oruh \u00dcniversitesi\u2019ndeki uygulamalar\u0131 ve teknik yap\u0131lar\u0131 \u00f6rnek g\u00f6stererek engelli bireylere sa\u011flanan avantajlara dikkat \u00e7ekti. K\u00fct\u00fcphanelerin e\u015fitlik ve adalet sa\u011flama faydas\u0131n\u0131, toplumsal fayda olarak nitelendirdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son olarak, \u0130nsan ve Toplum Bilimi Fak\u00fcltesi Dr. \u00d6\u011fr. \u00dcyesi Ay\u015fenur Akbulut, \u201c\u00dcreten K\u00fct\u00fcphaneler: Bilgiden \u00dcr\u00fcne\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 sunumuyla s\u00f6z ald\u0131. Dr. \u00d6\u011fr. \u00dcyesi Akbulut, k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerin bilgi \u00fcretmenin ilk basama\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funu ve 21. Y\u00fczy\u0131l itibar\u0131yla k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerin sosyal mek\u00e2nlar olarak an\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc mek\u00e2n kavram\u0131n\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Buna \u00f6rnek olarak, Danimarka\u2019daki Aarhus \u015fehrindeki Dokk1 K\u00fct\u00fcphanesini g\u00f6sterdi. K\u00fct\u00fcphanenin dijital \u00e7a\u011fa uyumlulu\u011fu ve konforu sayesinde sosyal mek\u00e2n uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015fekilde hayata ge\u00e7irildi\u011fini ve sentez k\u00fct\u00fcphane olarak tan\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.
