So\u011fuk havada sunulan s\u0131cak ikramlar \u00f6\u011frencilerin i\u00e7ini \u0131s\u0131tt\u0131 ve etkinli\u011fe ayr\u0131 bir samimiyet katt\u0131. Kastamonu \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Topal da festival alan\u0131n\u0131 ziyaret ederek \u00f6\u011frencilerle bir araya geldi ve etkinlikleri yerinde takip etti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kastamonu Vali Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Mevl\u00fct \u00d6zmen konu\u015fmas\u0131nda Kastamonu\u2019nun do\u011fal g\u00fczelliklerinden ve Ilgaz\u2019\u0131n \u015fehrin \u00f6nemli de\u011ferlerinden biri oldu\u011fundan bahsetti.
