Bu vesile ile esnaf, Eski Ba\u011fkur \u00c7ar\u015f\u0131s\u0131 olarak bilinen ve Kastamonu Merkez&#8217;de yer alan i\u015f han\u0131n\u0131 turizme kazand\u0131rmak istiyor.
