Ard\u0131ndan Prof. Dr. Muhsin Kar, sistemin \u00f6z\u00fcnde \u00f6\u011frencilerin mezun olduklar\u0131 zaman program yeterliliklerine uygun oldu\u011funa emin olunmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini \u015f\u00f6yle ifade etti:   &#8220;Yeteneklerin  sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na uygun bir \u015fekilde dizayn edilmesi gerekiyor.
