Mevsim ge\u00e7i\u015flerinin ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu d\u00f6nemde ki\u015filer ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc tutmak i\u00e7in yanl\u0131\u015f y\u00f6ntemlere ba\u015fvurabiliyor. Biz genelde dan\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za \u015f\u00f6yle bir tabak modeli uyguluyoruz: Sofran\u0131zdaki taba\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6rde b\u00f6lelim. Bunun yar\u0131s\u0131nda salataya, zeytinya\u011fl\u0131 sebzelere, vitamin-mineral i\u00e7eri\u011fi y\u00fcksek olan sebze grubuna yer verelim. Di\u011fer k\u0131s\u0131mda et, tavuk, bal\u0131k gibi protein i\u00e7eri\u011fi y\u00fcksek olan ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 artt\u0131racak  besin grubu olsun.&nbsp;&nbsp;Kalan d\u00f6rtte birlik k\u0131s\u0131mda da \u00e7orba, tam bu\u011fday ekme\u011fi, bulgur pilav\u0131 gibi karbonhidrat oran\u0131 y\u00fcksek besinler olsun. Buradaki ama\u00e7 besin \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fini artt\u0131rmak. K\u0131\u015f\u0131n genelde su t\u00fcketimi azal\u0131yor. G\u00fcnl\u00fck mutlaka 2-2.5 litre su i\u00e7ilmesini \u00f6neriyoruz. Bu ayn\u0131 zamanda v\u00fccuttan toksinleri uzakla\u015ft\u0131rarak ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini olumlu etkiliyor.
