Dr. Ersoy, konu\u015fmas\u0131na \u201cPsikolojik iyi olu\u015f denilince akl\u0131n\u0131zda canlanan \u015fey nedir ?\u201d sorusu ile ba\u015flad\u0131. \u201cBir y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fc tamamlamak kendimizi tatmin etmemizi sa\u011flar\u201d s\u00f6z\u00fc ile devam eden Ersoy,  insan\u0131n yapmas\u0131 gereken ilk \u00f6devin kendine neyin iyi geldi\u011fini belirlemek oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uyku d\u00fczeni hakk\u0131nda konu\u015fan Dr. Ersoy, uyku d\u00fczenini sa\u011flad\u0131ktan sonra g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde ya\u015fanan davran\u0131\u015f bozuklu\u011funun azald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ederek uyku d\u00fczeni bozuk olan insanlar\u0131n daha agresif oldu\u011funu belirtti. Kaliteli uyku i\u00e7in 8 saatlik bir uykunun yeterli olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Dr. Ersoy, daha fazla uyuman\u0131n de\u011fil, kaliteli uyuman\u0131n \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. G\u00fcn \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 al\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman hormonlar\u0131n salg\u0131lanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Mutluhan Ersoy, insan\u0131 mutlu eden \u015feyin g\u00fcn \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funu vurgulayarak g\u00fcn \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 almayan \u00fclkelerin depresif bir duyguya sahip oldu\u011funu belirtti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u201cSosyal \u00e7evre olmadan ya\u015famam\u0131z m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil, neden sosyal \u00e7evreye ihtiya\u00e7 duyars\u0131n\u0131z?\u201d sorusunu \u00f6\u011frencilere y\u00f6nelten Ersoy, \u00f6\u011frencilerden \u201cYaln\u0131z olmamak i\u00e7in\u201d cevab\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131. Sosyal ili\u015fkilerdeki sorumlulu\u011fun insan\u0131n kendisine ait oldu\u011funu vurgulayarak sosyal ili\u015fkilerdeki ileti\u015fimi zorla\u015ft\u0131ran fakt\u00f6rlere de\u011findi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stres Y\u00f6netimi&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stresin sadece negatif de\u011fil, pozitif y\u00f6nleri de oldu\u011funun g\u00f6zlemlendi\u011fini, stres alt\u0131nda otomatik olarak \u201ckortizol hormonu\u201d ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Ersoy, bu hormonlar\u0131n kalp at\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve kaslar\u0131 gerip nefes almay\u0131 zorla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. Dengeli bir ya\u015fam kurmak i\u00e7in ili\u015fkilere odaklanmak ve keyif alabilmeyi bilmek gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6zlerine ekledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stresle ba\u015f edebilmek i\u00e7in herkesin kendine uygun y\u00f6ntemi se\u00e7mesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Ersoy, i\u015flevsel olmayan y\u00f6ntemlerden de bahsetti. Bu y\u00f6ntemlerin \u201dalkol &#8211; sigara kullanmak ve kafein almak\u201d oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. &#8220;Stresin kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirleyip, stresin g\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturabilirsiniz&#8221; diyerek \u00f6neride bulunan Ersoy, insanlar\u0131n \u201cKendine iyi gelecek ne yapt\u0131n?
